Description:

LOCATION: COVENTRY - CV8 3LF, HYBRID.

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Operations & Customer Account Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

Responsibilities:

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • The purpose of the role is to manage the successful delivery of waste & recycling services for a key customer account.
  • The candidate will need to build and maintain strong relationships with the customer as well as other key stakeholders to maintain excellent CXM scores.
  • The role holder will oversee the successful delivery of services as well as collaborate with the customer to identify and deliver value add initiatives to support the customer’s sustainability objectives.
  • Managing customer budget and helping to deliver operationally inline with the customer budget.
  • Work closely with the customer team and deliver positive renewal strategies and results.
  • Line management of 1 x Operations Controller.
  • Travel included with the role within UKI.
