Description:

Are you experienced in data analysis and driven by data insights? Are you looking to advance your career with an employer who values their team? If so, then we are excited to offer a new role for an Operations Data Analyst and Processor within our White Label division.
This newly created position sits within our Defleet team, who support customers at the end of their vehicle contracts. As an Operations Data Analyst and Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our vehicle end-of-life collection through the sale process. You will be responsible for the production of management information for our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data analysis and reporting.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive with excellent communication skills, skilled at collaborating with teams, analysing data sets, and offering trend analysis. If you have intermediate Excel skills and a history of producing detailed reports, this role could be the perfect next step in your career! Zenith values proactive individuals who are not just thinkers but doers—those willing to bring fresh ideas to the table and drive improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, logistics, and auction partners to gather and analyse data at critical points in the vehicle end-of-life and sales process
  • Investigate data anomalies and communicate findings to relevant teams and partners
  • Create clear and concise reports using tools like Excel, VBA, and Power Query
  • Seek opportunities to automate report production for improved efficiency and accuracy
  • Produce management information for KPIs, ensuring timely query resolution and maintenance of audit reports
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support additional projects as needed
  • Adhere to ethical standards and compliance guidelines, including anti-bribery and competition laws
