Operations Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years in managerial role in operations management, preferably in the footwear, demonstrating a track record of success in driving operational excellence and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to align with business requirement, collaborating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the footwear industry

• Lead and oversee all aspects of operations management across all entities, ensuring effective and efficient processes across various departments
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational activities, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all entities
• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies through alignment with the corporate vision and seamless integration across all entities
• Oversee the end-to-end operational process, implementing streamlined procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster transparent communication with executive leadership and across all operational team to facilitate effective problem-solving and drive operational excellence
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and ethical standards across all operational functions
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support corporate operational needs
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and prioritize workplace safety
• All other duties as assigned
