SUMMARY:
Goldbelt Nisga’a NTEK, LLC is looking for a Mid level Operations Domaine Support Engineer to support the Global System Support Engineers (GSSE) under the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Program Executive Office for Special Operations Forces Digital Applications (PEO SDA). The objective of this effort is to provide software-agnostic field support for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, as well as to provide technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems support.
This position will support PEO SDA, USSOCOM Components, the Theater Special Operation Commands (TSOCs) and others as mission dictates by providing software-agnostic field support Engineers (SE) for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, as well as providing technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems support.
Responsibilities:
NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Requires knowledge on SOCOM and Joint Staff operations and targeting cycles, understanding of Tactical Data Links, and routing of COP data.
- Must know, support, and teach all SOCOM and Joint Staff programs of record for COP management, Operational Area of Interest (OAI) management, Commander Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) management, as well as other software programs available to units that support an operational requirement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
- Minimum of 4 years operational experience with or supporting an organization’s: navigation and mission planning techniques including preparation and check out of flight plans for aircraft weapons systems OR mission planning computer systems, communications, mission equipment, and planning techniques including preparation of unit mission plans for conduct of peacetime and wartime special operations missions.
- Must be a US citizen.
- An Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
