Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Engineer will be a pivotal member of the Operations team, dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of our operations in collaboration with Auxilion Platforms and deskside support teams. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of production applications and infrastructure, maintenance of comprehensive monitoring solutions, and providing support to the client where needed.
The Operations Engineer will work closely with customers to complete day-to-day processes, manage projects, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
