Join Our Team as an Operations Engineer - Equipment Reliability & Maintenance!
Are you a recent graduate or have 1-2 years’ experience in automated manufacturing? We are looking for a highly talented individual to join our FPH Equipment Reliability & Maintenance team!
As an Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of equipment reliability support for our production teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Review manufacturing and equipment performance data to propose and manage reliability improvement projects.
- Provide daily guidance to Equipment Maintenance Technicians.
- Create and present training materials to up-skill team members.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Maintain equipment baseline measurements to minimize downtime.
- Ensure relevant spare parts are stocked and maintained.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards for equipment operation and maintenance.
To be successful, you will have:
- A tertiary degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical, Electro-Mechanical
- 1-2 years in automated manufacturing or relevant internships.
- Basic skills in repair and maintenance of electromechanical/automated equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and organizational skills.
- Interest in equipment reliability and PLCs.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and engineering measurement procedures.
