Join Our Team as an Operations Engineer - Equipment Reliability & Maintenance!
Are you a recent graduate or have 1-2 years’ experience in automated manufacturing? We are looking for a highly talented individual to join our FPH Equipment Reliability & Maintenance team!

As an Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of equipment reliability support for our production teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review manufacturing and equipment performance data to propose and manage reliability improvement projects.
  • Provide daily guidance to Equipment Maintenance Technicians.
  • Create and present training materials to up-skill team members.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
  • Maintain equipment baseline measurements to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure relevant spare parts are stocked and maintained.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards for equipment operation and maintenance.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A tertiary degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical, Electro-Mechanical
  • 1-2 years in automated manufacturing or relevant internships.
  • Basic skills in repair and maintenance of electromechanical/automated equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and organizational skills.
  • Interest in equipment reliability and PLCs.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and engineering measurement procedures.
