EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must to obtain UAE visa.
• Higher qualification preferably in an IT discipline.
• Experience in Windows Operating system.
• Experience of Security Patching through SCCM.
• Active Directory/ GPO and SCCM infrastructure knowledge.
• McAfee suite applications knowledge.
• Stakeholder and VRM Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 2+ years’ experience in SSE Domain covering software deployment, hardware, and support.
• Proven ability to deliver under pressure & tight deadlines; readiness to work extended hours.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, including external vendors.
• Have experience and knowledge of working with Agile processes and lifecycle, tracking and process management tools, e.g., JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Ability to work in an unstructured and changing environment, competent at managing an ever-changing backlog and able to pivot on strategy and priorities when business needs arise.
• Customer focused, results-based approach, able to deliver to deadlines.
• Good knowledge of IT policies and practices combined with IT hardware and software aspects.

• Providing effective support to ensure the delivery of projects in timely manner.
• Implementing robust planning and technical SSE skills.
• Providing capacity to take on specific requests for the domain when required.
• Ability to extend support after business hours and on weekends if required.
• Engaging in ATM Software certification, testing, piloting, and deployment in consultation with global SSE leads.
• Managing SSE security environment and risk management.
• Maintaining SSE Channel uptime and availability.
• Work closely with the internal stakeholders to maintain project’s delivery in adequate manner.
• Ensuring that processes are being adhered to by the change raisers and service agreement managers, reviewing reports and resolving non-conformance issues before escalating to management.
• Working closely with Self Service teams across the region, business and operations along with other supporting internal / external stakeholders.
• Participating in Major Incident Reviews and Service Improvement Programs and support the delivery of mitigation outcomes.
• The jobholder will adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to, internal controls and will implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures.
• Managing and report and SLA breach through appropriate channels.
