The Merantix AI Campus is the leading platform for uniting key stakeholders in a collaborative AI environment, fostering transparency and exchange. In the past 3 years, it has become Europe’s hub for AI innovation and adoption, the Campus covers everything from deeply technical topics to business, ethics, and regulations. We’ve started to grow internationally with pop-ups in Basel and London, we also co-initiated the AI House 2024 at the World Economic Forum, featuring 180+ speakers and 5,000 attendees. And we’re just getting started!
Merantix is growing the Merantix AI Campus organisation and is looking for a talent that has an eye for detail, while being eager to contribute to a dynamic and ambitious initiative in a small team. Merantix AI Campus organisation to support and run operations and events.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
We view operational excellence as the backbone of our organisation - only when fully functioning can we unlock true community building! You are an amazing fit to this role if you like holding the threads together and continuously think about how to improve things for the best experience of teams and individuals we work with.
Your main responsibilities will contain:
- Ensure that the Merantix AI Campus is fully operational and processes are running smoothly by:
- Manage our daily operations including customer support, member on-/offboarding and inventory management,
- Serve as the primary contact for our members and service providers for various operational topics:
- Manage invoicing and preparatory bookkeeping
- Partner with our Community & Events Manager in the seamless organisation and preparation events and community operations;
- Assist our wider team, by taking a proactive approach to identify trending/common issues and help resolving them;
- Evaluate and improve existing processes by identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing necessary changes
