JOB DESCRIPTION

Castlery is looking for a Lead Specialist, Operations Excellence Engineer (Operations Project Engineer) to join our Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence Team
In this role, you will be working with our Global Operations Team, Software Engineering Teams and our 3PL partners in the United States, Australia and Singapore. With our international markets now contributing most to our group revenues, we’re entering a phase of hypergrowth as we seek to firmly establish Castlery as the customers’ furniture lifestyle brand of choice. We are looking for creative and ambitious talents to join our team on this journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Systematically document existing processes and to-be best practices in the company’s centralised knowledge repository.
  • Identify opportunities and develop solutions to enhance Castlery’s operational capabilities that ultimately drive superior customer experience and workplace productivity.
  • Lead and execute various operations engineering projects, using process improvement, feature development and data analytics skills.
  • Evaluate potential benefits and costs of incoming requests, providing quantitative assessments to guide prioritisation.
  • Promptly update task statuses and proactively communicate project timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and update a dynamic feature and process improvement roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals across our global markets.
  • Flexibility to accommodate working hours as required, including US time zones (UTC-8 to UTC-5).
