WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Working closely with our manufacturing leaders and teams, you will:

• lead ME Strategy: develop and oversee the strategy for advancing manufacturing excellence practices
• enhance manufacturing practices: influence, lead and educate the business in the adoption of manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the business
• support a zero harm culture: using felt leadership, identification and rectification of key hazards and risks and achievement of safety targets
• provide expertise: provide technical guidance, support and mentorship to our global operations management teams

It’s your understanding of manufacturing operations coupled with your superior influencing skills that will see you succeed in this role, in addition, you will bring:

• proven experience in lean manufacturing and implementing significant structural changes
• a continuous improvement mindset

• an ability to translate business objectives to clear actions and outcomes
• demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams without direct reporting lines
• the ability to prioritise work and resolve problems effectively and efficientl
