QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experienced in using CRM Systems, such as Salesforce.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Independent and team player.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in operations (supervising drivers, technicians, etc.).

• Strategically plan optimal routes for field technicians.
• Plan and scheduling of working schedule, shifts and organizing replacements as required including future capacity planning.
• Coordinate and maintain open communication with all field technicians and Operation manager to address complaints or issues related to schedules or routing
• Manage and update technician data, covering attendance, leave, working hours, overtime, and vehicles.
• Participate in new client handovers and onboarding processes from the Sales Team.
• Ensure the timely scheduling of all new contracts and ad hoc jobs.
• Oversee the scheduling and completion of all jobs due in a given month.
• Prepare and submit the operations reports.
• Able to support operation in instances of staff shortages.
