Project Management

• Working with Operations Head to ensure timely execution of projects and maintaining quality control. Ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated time frame, as well as to identify and report any discrepancies.
• Working with stakeholders & vendors to ensure that the required construction tests /works are carried out while maintaining proper records.
• Planning and managing the procurement process of building & renovation projects including tender calling, evaluation, selection and appointment of project consultants and contractors.

Facilities Management

• Providing a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and beneficiaries through facility operations and maintenance programs.
• Ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations.
• Inspecting and upkeeping facilities regularly to determine the condition and efficacy of our building and assets.
• Sourcing, procuring and managing all maintenance services and vendors.
• Working with the relevant facility staff to record and address operational faults during working and non-working hours.
