Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth supply chain processes, and maintaining excellent client relations in the HORECA sector.
Key Responsibilities
o Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations within the HORECA division.
o Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for HORECA clients.
o Address client inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
o Process and manage client orders efficiently.
o Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
o Resolve any operational or logistical issues promptly.
o Maintain accurate records of sales, operations, and client interactions.
o Prepare regular reports on operational performance and client feedback.
o Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
o Work closely with the sales, logistics, finance teams to streamline operations.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
o Provide input for improving products, services, and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, preferably within the HORECA industry.
Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Other Requirements:
