JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage commercial operations for bulk carrier/tanker fleet, including post-fixture management.
- Ensure timely freight/hire payments by following up with Charterers.
- Calculate laytime accurately.
- Handle bunker management and procurement.
- Generate routine reports on vessels’ commercial performance.
- Optimize voyages to maximize revenue.
- Keep vessel voyages updated in the Adhart platform promptly.
- Coordinate with Agents to expedite voyages efficiently.
- Review Port Disbursement Accounts (DAs).
- Manage invoices effectively.
- Provide general administrative support to the team leader as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimally a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Maritime/Business.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience (an advantage).
- Welcome candidates with relevant Diploma or Degree, even without experience.
- Possess strong administrative, planning, and implementation skills.
- Demonstrate fluency in English with excellent writing skills.
- Must have bulk carrier experience.
- Must be computer literate.
