QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in client liaison and account management
- Delivery of complex technical implementations using a multitude of platforms
- Quality Assurance testing of tags on client sites

PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to help prospective team members better understand the role and responsibilities with the position of Operations Executive at OpenDoor, WPP’s bespoke global operating model for Amazon.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as an Operations Executive. This is a full-time position based in London. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP’s mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key point of contact for the day-to-day account management of our client
- Supports the Operations Managers to ensure the smooth running of BAU (business as usual) for the account
- Works closely with the OpenDoor account teams to understand the client’s businesses
- Recommend operations solutions to drive client strategies
- Ensure the successful rollout and activation of all our clients advertising campaigns
- Support the client’s digital ad technology stack needs
- Work on client projects, including but not limited to: implementing ad tech such as Tag Management Solutions, third-party Verification services, etc
- Be a primary point of contact for clients & internal customers and stakeholders for all Operations services
- Ensure clear communication to all stakeholders regarding timescales, best practices and SLA’s
- Be the expert advisor in Advertising/Marketing technology & operations
- Maintain a proactive account management system including regular cross training and constructive feedback to enable flexibility of skills and resource across accounts
- Support and manage partnerships with relevant internal & external stakeholders to understand, document and deliver new technology and service requirements for clients
