Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a highly visible and trusted leader, focusing on effective management and enhancing staff engagement.

  • Collaborate with production partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality content.
  • Align with divisional and departmental objectives to formulate viable and strategic business plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recognized trade unions to ensure a cooperative and constructive industrial relations climate.
  • Effectively manage and control the team budget.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and new technology. Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues, and proactively seek out, recommend, and adopt more effective techniques, ways of working, and best practices to drive efficiencies and deliver value for money.
