REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (1+ years with an Advanced degree)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and strong focus to details
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL a plus)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • High degree of initiative, prioritization and self-motivation
    It will be a benefit to have strong Power BI, PowerPoint and Visio skills as well as ability to work in financial/reporting systems (SAP).

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing of financial flows related to Integrated Health Solutions business, challenging operations and business development team.
  • Developing financial flows from new business models; play a role of gatekeeper for activating current business models with new customers. Ensuring flows are properly documented.
  • Partners with operations, BD and other cross-functional teams (Controllership, Global Finance Operations, Centers of Excellence, etc…), prepare quarterly KPI reviews, including profitability deep dives, gap analyses and decision support to mitigate risks and enable business opportunities, providing analysis on business development and monitoring business performance.
  • Executing month end close activities and support business reviews through standard and ad-hoc reporting & analyses.
  • Supporting inventory planning, inventory ageing review and gap analysis vs. plan/FCST.
