Your opportunity

• Support the business by overseeing and controlling the fund services and data delivered by Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for timeliness and accuracy of NAV delivery to internal and external clients
• Understand the various mechanisms in operation across the funds ensuring correct application. For example swing pricing, fair value, performance fees
• Oversee periodic fund accounting data delivery (for example month end NAVs, portfolio turnover and performance fee calculations)
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with TPAs, and internal JHI departments to support the business with queries, transition events and efficient resolution of issues impacting NAV delivery
• Carry out other duties as assigned

• Experience in operations, fund administration
• Interpersonal/relationship skills, ability to liaise with Distribution and Product teams as well as fund managers and other teams
• Numerate with analytical skills using Excel, attention to detail and thoroughness
