POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Intelligence Analyst is a key member of the FP&A team with key deliverables which provide frequent exposure to Unio’s leadership team. The Operations Intelligence Analyst is responsible for direct ownership of financial modeling, financial reporting, executive presentations and ad hoc analysis to support Unio’s segments and functions. The role will consist of accountabilities in financial and operational management, strategy and executive level presentations, and creating and maintaining complex SQL database -driven reporting, utilizing various data tools.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Lead analysis projects; collaborating with operations, financial leadership and M&A to continuously evolve the business and drive value
- Data exploration and visualization. Identify ways to sustainably support the long-term data needs of the organization, while managing ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Data analysis. Build and develop data queries to extract insights from an existing database. Identify trends in business/metrics and discover opportunities to improve business health and yield optimization.
- Presentation and Decision support. Effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership teams.
- Data science and modeling. Develop and operationalize predictive models to improve our operational procedures and financial forecasts while gaining actionable insights into the business.
- Data governance. Manage reporting integrity and access, collaborating with technology department to resolve data issues.
