JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in business operations and office management in the automotive sector. You will assist with a range of office-related tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the team in multiple capacities.
We are looking for an intern to join our team for 4 to 6 months that must speak English. German and Italian are a big plus.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- English is required
- Italian is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Office Supplies Management: Track office inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, set up meetings, and arrange conference calls for team members.
- Filing and Documentation: Organize physical and digital files to maintain a well-structured and easily accessible system.
- Handling Correspondence: Respond to emails, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with Presentations: Help prepare materials, slide decks, or documents for internal and external meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Research and book flights, hotels, and transportation for team members as needed.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing internal events, such as team gatherings or small company meetings.
- Research Tasks: Conduct research for various needs, such as sourcing vendors, pricing options, or other operational matters.
- Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors, coordinate meeting room setup, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Running Errands: Assist with occasional errands, such as picking up or dropping off items for the office.
