Operations Lead

Minit Charger / Access Control Group are rapidly growing technology companies in metro Phoenix and seeking hands on Operations Lead to manage and improve every aspect of our business operation.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or operations
• 3+ years of experience in operations management of technology company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software applications
• Solid understanding of operational processes and systems
• Excellent leadership and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Develop, implement, manage operational processes for Sales, accounting, shipping and receiving.
• Ensure established processes are executed and followed by team members
• Provide guidance and support to operations personnel
• Monitor various insurance types for coverage and costs. Consolidate where possible.
• Manage HR for a small team (Approx. 2 hours per week)
• Ensure facility is secure and safe.
• Maintain records of operational activities
• Analyze effectiveness of the process and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
