SUMMARY:

The Operations Lead – Packaging and Excise is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to packaging processes and compliance with excise regulations. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving production targets while optimizing cost and quality. The candidate will lead teams, monitor performance, and liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in manufacturing and packaging.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, materials, and production processes.
  • Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in managing large teams.
  • Professional and concise communication in written and oral form.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft 365; especially in Excel.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
