JOB DESCRIPTION
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of general-purpose machinery
- Position Title: Operations & Maintenance Technician
- Working Location: Changi Airport
- Working Hours: 6 days (Shift work)
- Salary Package: Basic salary $2,500 - $4,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the Baggage Handling System (BHS) at Changi Airport.
- Follow all safety rules during tasks.
- Perform work efficiently and on time.
- Conduct routine and special maintenance in designated areas.
- Quickly address faults and disruptions in the BHS system.
- Comply with site-specific rules and regulations.
- Deliver materials needing repair to designated sites.
- Return unused materials to delivery zones or the main office.
- Record accurate work order completion data in a timely manner.
- Help with equipment modification or replacement.
- Assist with asset installations.
- Support site housekeeping efforts.
- Participate in work planning.
- Assist in breakdown recovery.
- Update and maintain maintenance checklists.
- Replace equipment as needed.
