Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible of statistics and KPI´s of operational performance in the Station
- Responsible, supervise and increase operational excellence, space optimization andbest in class costing with 3rd party cargo handling agent
- Accountable for ensuring that month end bookings are completed as well as provideguidance for the financial and operational Airfreight p&l owner with respect to job costing related activities.
- Identify, eliminate, and escalate revenue leakage to appointed key contacts within abusiness unit.
- Responsible for driving process & productivity improvements for Airfreight across thestation by leveraging systems and process automation.
- Exhibits and displays a sound understanding to monitor KPI’s to ensure compliance withall critical deadlines and processes.
- Analyze loss making accounts and work on improvements with operator and relatedsupervisor
- Develops continuous improvement methodologies in key areas of service and growth forthe Airfreight product of the country
- To Work in accordance to the compliance rules and policy
- Manage handling providers and improve process and relationship
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level
- Measures and improves productivity of Airfreight in the responsible area with toolsdevelopment in coordination with Airfreight Product Management
- Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands seemnecessary.

- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Access.
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
- Ability to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time manager with ability to prioritize without direction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 30% of time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years of global forwarding experience
