Responsibilities:

• Act as the intermediary between the operations department and road crews, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
• Oversee the management of removal team members and all job documentation.
• Spearhead day-to-day operational planning and scheduling.
• Lead training, recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives.
• Monitor removal branch performance and deliver detailed monthly performance reports.
• Actively engage in sales and business development to support company growth.
• Supervise warehouse operations to maintain efficiency and organisation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and removal industry regulations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise operational resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager role within the removals or logistics industry.
