Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Operations Manager for our Australian and New Zealand Operations. The position is based in our Brisbane location at Acacia Ridge and reports directly to the Managing Director of ANZ.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lead the operations for Wahl Australia and New Zealand including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Quality and Repair Services.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished products.
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of supply chain and logistics process.
• Strong communication skills and the desire to building lasting relationships internal and external.
• Proficient in Microsoft office with particular focus on advanced excel skills.
• Highly developed internal and external customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• People management skills with the ability to identify opportunities and growth within team.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
• Collaborative and open work style, a team player.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

• Degree in business management, supply management or related field
• Four to five years’ previous work experience in Operations or Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
