Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing a wide range of office management support to the company including managing calendars, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and appointments, providing support for trade events and special projects, tracking office supplies, and maintaining the office condition by arranging necessary repairs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and/or Associates degree in related field preferred.
  • Entry level to two years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO with his daily schedule and duties, to include managing his calendar, commitments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for trade events.
  • Complete special projects assigned by CEO.
  • Track executive travel arrangements and assist team as needed.
  • Arrange staff meetings and conference calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Collect 4-Box for functional leaders.
  • Manage SIC related and Artisan Board related commitments.
  • Order name tags and business cards.
  • Run errands or serve as “go to” for office inquiries as needed.
  • Track office supply inventory and order additional supplies as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain office facilities and equipment by assisting with maintenance and upkeep.
  • Cater order for meetings and events.
  • Order and track CTS specific supplies.
  • Manage conference room scheduling.
  • Responsible for company credit card ordering (BOA and Fleet Card).
  • Other duties as assigned.
