Description:
The Operations Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This individual will assist in managing tasks related to scheduling, logistics, communication, and administrative support to enhance overall efficiency within the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles (experience in the education or training industry is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
