Description:

The Operations Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This individual will assist in managing tasks related to scheduling, logistics, communication, and administrative support to enhance overall efficiency within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles (experience in the education or training industry is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of first aid training or certification processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
