What you’ll be doing
In this role you will lead production operations of single or multiple projects within a discrete operational team within a Delivery Unit, ensuring delivery of projects to meet or exceed targets and expectations. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships through to delivery, retaining the customer and following the achievement of expectations.
- Support work winning activities as required
- Champion Balfour Beatty Group policies and initiatives such as Digital, DFMA, Innovation and Customer Segmentation
- Lead a discrete group of managers to deliver projects safely and to time, cost, quality and sustainability targets, meeting customer needs and expectations
- Deliver financial performance of those projects under management including appropriate risk management to ensure that financial targets and objectives are met or exceeded
- Appreciate and understand the commercial implications and drivers within the construction process and incorporate these within decision making working closely with the operational team Commercial Manager.
