REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop, execute, and implement operational strategies, processes, and standards that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Manage the financial operations and budget forecasting.
  • Help with payroll, accounts, and contracts.
  • Assist in setting up a new department and implementing operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Get hands-on with all aspects of operations.

Essential skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing payroll, accounts, and contracts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable getting hands-on and doing things yourself.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
