REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop, execute, and implement operational strategies, processes, and standards that align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Manage the financial operations and budget forecasting.
- Help with payroll, accounts, and contracts.
- Assist in setting up a new department and implementing operations, policies, and procedures.
- Get hands-on with all aspects of operations.
Essential skills and Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing payroll, accounts, and contracts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable getting hands-on and doing things yourself.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
