Responsibilities:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Operations Manager with one of our key clients in PetroChem providing a comprehensive and integrated facility management service.
Your team will be managing a wide range of assets from HVAC, building and grounds maintenance, doors, fuel dispensers etc.
This role reports to the Account Manager and is a key part of their leadership team where you will be supporting them in their role, by allowing them to focus on the wider strategy.
As a proven and capable Operations Manager, you are able to understand and work in the finer detail whilst being able to step back and implement and direct the longer-term objectives.
You will have 6 direct reports in this role; 4 Facility Managers, a compliance administrator and a coordinator. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the FM’s are fully supported and self-reliant allowing you to focus on implementing strategy and supporting the Account Manager and wider team.
