  • Experience in managing KPIs and implementing SOPs to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead and optimize our service and industrial operations. This role requires a skilled leader who can manage performance, drive efficiency, and ensure that operational goals are consistently met with the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities with a focus on service excellence and efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and company goals.
  • Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational consistency.
  • Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and improve performance.
  • Ensure effective time and task management to meet project deadlines and service commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions proactively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong focus on attention to detail in all aspects of operations, from performance reviews to process development.
