AAT Kings is looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Yulara depot and bring the Red Centre to life through showcasing Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and Kings Canyon!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Management experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in vehicle coordination and maintenance.
  • Ability to lead meetings, training, and presentations.
  • Logistics or tourism experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Operations systems.
  • HR Driver’s License and Passenger Authority required.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate minimum.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Based in Yulara, Northern Territory, as the Operations Manager, you’ll ensure all staff consistently meet the AAT Kings standards - Customer Service, Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Delivery. Meeting financial targets and goals and managing budgetary targets is paramount to this role along with safety and compliance.
Reporting to the NT General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind AAT Kings’ operations in Central Australia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Central Australia teams to meet AAT Kings standards.
  • Ensure efficiency and cost management in operational functions.
  • Manage tours and charter services to optimise revenue.
  • Maintain efficient staff rostering and after-hours support.
  • Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee training and performance management.
  • Manage depot and fleet utilisation records
  • Coordinate continuous improvement and cost control activities.
