Operations Manager

Our company is looking for Operations Manager preferably with Travel and Tourism experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Good product knowledge into various UAE destinations.
• Managing suppliers and effectively communicating with them.
• Contracting & negotiating rates with hotel suppliers / car & bus rentals
• Understanding the complete cycle of the process, hotel, car rentals, excursion and coordinating with the accounts department for payments / remittances.
• Maintain and record all customer data.
• Can handle all the operations activities.
• Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as operations manager
• Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
