JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high levels of productivity across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role (minimum of 5years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
