We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high levels of productivity across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management or a related role (minimum of 5years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Team Management: Lead, supervise, and develop a team of employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or service.
• Project Management: Oversee key projects and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of production and service delivery, ensuring standards and regulations are met.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, including KPIs and financial performance.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and distribution of goods or services.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
