Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day to day business. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a proven track record in team management. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that our operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an opeations management role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel is essential.
  • An undestanding of vehicle/fleet maintenance and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Check in/out vehicles when reqired and liase with or clients on job progress.
  • Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Utilise various automotive platforms to build/progress and invoice jobs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure we are offering the best service possible.
  • Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling inquiries from clients and suppliers.
