Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all operations staff, ensuring daily duties are performed safely and efficiently.
Ensure daily Field-Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA) are completed.
Assist with organizing safety meetings and conduct toolbox and safety talks as needed.
Support incident investigations, safety infractions, and reporting of near-miss incidents.
Conduct site visits to address waste, septic, and recycling inquiries.
Attend meetings and provide updates on special projects and staff availability.
Encourage continuous improvement and skill development within the crew.
Performs other related duties as required.
