Funciones del Puesto
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager for our staffing agency. The primary objective of this role is to oversee all client communications, manage on-ground operational tasks, and ensure smooth operations across the entire floor. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for monitoring account receivables from clients and ensuring that the agency meets its operational goals and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of education with a specialization in business, finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the operations or debt collection industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving operational targets and driving excellence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a BPO Industry, leadership position, handling a large number of employees.
  • Ability to analyze employee weaknesses and convert them into strengths.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Advanced-level MS Office skills.
  • Ability to extract information from large-scale data and make informed decisions using the information.

Experiencia Deseada
Mínimo 16 años de educación con especialización en negocios, finanzas o un campo relacionado (se prefiere un título avanzado).
3-5 años de experiencia en la industria BPO, posición de liderazgo, manejando una gran cantidad de empleados.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on account status and operational progress.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee all on-ground operational tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and consistent operations across the floor.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.

Account Receivables Management:

  • Monitor and manage account receivables from clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to address any discrepancies or delays in payments.
  • Develop strategies to improve cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
  • Provide regular reports on account receivables and financial performance to executive management.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Establish performance metrics, provide feedback, and develop talent within the team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to executive management.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop strategies, set targets, and track progress towards operational objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Establish the scope of authority and responsibility for direct reports.
  • Engage with direct reports and peers to align goals with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and monitor the budget to maximize operational efficiencies.
  • Review and respond to issues identified in audit and regulatory reports.
  • Support established policies and procedures, recommending changes as needed.
