What you’ll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day national operation of the machines, currently with a focus on the HS2 project
- Develop Driver operators’ competence.
- Manage customer relationship including attending meetings and site operations.
- Liaise with customer on any operational issues.
- Undertake accident/incident investigations.
- Manage the teams, recruitment and identifying any training and development requirements.
- Carry out machine audits and quality checks.
- Ensure all shifts are suitable crewed with enough advance planning and rosters are accurate.
