Job Description

• Customer Consultancy: Responding to non-standard requests and proposing tailored IT solutions.
• Database Configuration: Setting up new mappings, data types, and configuring databases for new customers.
• Team Coordination: Supporting and overseeing the work of developers (Data Managers) and internal Customer Support teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintaining regular contact with the Service Delivery Management team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Management: Leading and managing IT projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.
• Reporting: Providing regular reports on project progress and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• In-depth knowledge of EDI protocols (e.g., OFTP, AS2, SFTP).
• Familiarity with EDI standards (e.g., VDA, EDIFACT, IDOC).
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Proven experience in Project Management.
• Strong background in customer consultancy.
• Proficiency in both German and English (business level).

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):

• Hands-on experience with EDI core applications (e.g., Axway, Seeburger).
• Experience working with customers in the automotive industry.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Expertise in EDI data conversion.
