This role will cover the M4 corridor, covering the South of the country.
What you’ll be doing…
To oversee and ensure the smooth running of multiple catering sites in a variety of settings across your region, developing teams to deliver excellent service standards, driving financial performance, and fostering strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Recruiting, leading, coaching and developing high calibre site managers and service champions within your area
Creating a platform for financial growth
Excellent cost control
Innovative menu planning with specified budgets
Overseeing site management within your area of responsibility
Building internal and external relationships
Regular liaison with clients
Compliance to all company processes and systems

Responsibilities:

Proven operational management experience within contract catering
Leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating a large, diverse team
Confidence with numbers
Profit and loss management
Experience within similar sectors is essential
