SkyPoint is perched on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 meters in the sky. We are seeking a passionate and driven leader to oversee both front and back of house food and beverage operations across the high-volume Bistro + Bar as well as conferencing and events.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach to ensure the consistency, quality and integrity of the experience is consistently delivered while building and maintaining a collaborative team culture. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the business, both short and long term.
