REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure streamlined processes.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs.
- Manage budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, and control operational expenses.
- Oversee the management of inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to improve their skills.
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide regular feedback.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure that all operations are conducted according to company policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor quality control processes and address any compliance issues.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Customer Relations:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service.
- Address any customer complaints or operational issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to improve the overall customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
