Our client, a US-based Lead Generation Marketing Agency with a young culture is looking for someone with the ability to “get it done no matter what” for an Operations Manager role.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role, and the job will be fully in English.
REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in digital marketing field
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience with data tracking systems and process optimization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tests very high as an “integrator” in Rocket Fuel EoS test
- Extremely detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to track, manage & achieve KPIs
- Needs to work Mountain Time
Responsibilities:
