Operations Manager - Health Care Sector

We are looking to develop new services around the South-West area, and we are seeking an Operations Manager to join our established team. There is an emphasis on people management, quality assurance and continuous improvement of service delivery.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for workforce planning, guiding recruitment and selection, and the performance management, retention and motivation of the Home Managers. You will line manage the Home Managers and Senior Team Leaders/Deputies and provide guidance on developing their staff teams. We have an emphasis on using supervision, performance coaching, training and development, and reflective practice.
You will be reporting directly to the Company Directors. You will work alongside a colleague who manages compliance, auditing, and quality outcomes. You will also work closely with our Business Development Officer, the Therapeutic Services Team and the office support services.
