Salary: $47,500 to $50,000 per annum dependent on experience

• Essential Requirements
  The Operations Manager helps to provide overall leadership to non-exempt airport unionized employees. This includes responsibility for overall operating performance, customer satisfaction, positing employee culture, safety and service, budget and vendor relations. The Operations Manager oversees fleet availability and revenue generation as well as representing our brand and company vision for customer service excellence. Understanding our internal and external customers by anticipating needs and delivering on promises. Building and nurturing trusting relationships. Fostering employee development by empowering, coaching, and supporting our team to be their very best.
  Qualifications:
  High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to work on your feet for majority of your shift. Must be able to work in all weather conditions (working indoors or outdoors if applicable); 24-hour Airport operations will require shift work/weekends and holidays.
