Description:

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. You will be leading a team to deliver an accurate and efficient credit control service. The successful candidate will oversee income flows, analyse debts and manage new requests for credit. This role requires overseeing and optimising our operational processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations, reporting on KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies that drive growth and efficiency. This is an established team which has expanded into a new business area, therefore as well as the day-to-day functions, we need someone who can learn quickly, help the team develop and streamline the procedures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and effectiveness and report to the Operations Manager.
  • Managing the team, ensuring services are delivered and provide feedback to the team.
  • Weekly Credit Committee reporting to ensure compliance with licence obligations.
  • Working to improve current procedures and processes;

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in data analysis and process improvement
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
  • Thorough, accuracy and preciseness characteristics will be successful in this role
  • Mathematically minded, efficient and organised
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
