Responsibilities:
- End-to-end operational leadership – overseeing production, supply chain, and plant performance
- Develop & implement processes that drive efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Daily engagement with managers to assess needs, resolve issues, and align teams
- Budget & P&L ownership – ensuring targets are met while maintaining cost control
- Continuous improvement focus – driving change and innovation within the facility
- Leadership & people management – fostering a high-performance culture
