Responsibilities:
LDC Care Co are flying from strength-to-strength – and it’s not slowing down! We now have over 60 services in Kent, with 400 staff delivering over 16,000 hours of care every week. As we continue to expand, we are looking for new additions to our current team of Operations Managers.
We understand how important it is to make the right move when you’re looking for new career opportunities, and we want to help you to understand what the role looks like within LDC Care Co:
This is a senior management position, reporting directly to the company Directors, supporting continued growth across the organisation. We have some exciting projects ready to launch the company into its next phase and need some amazing people to join us for the ride!
- You will join our team of Operations Managers, heading up our new fifth operational division of services to provide senior-level support and strategic oversight. This will be yours to own, and will have its own CQC registration to go with it.
- You will line manage a team of Registered Managers to have direct oversight of the services and the people they support. Each Registered Manager is allocated a small cluster of specialist services and has direct line management of our amazing support staff. You will help them to prioritise the needs of the service users, ensuring that all regulatory, contractual, and care requirements are met to a high standard.
The role requires the extensive oversight of multiple Registered Managers who each manage clusters of residential and supported living services. The postholder would be working to ensure they remain fully compliant with company policy and regulatory bodies whilst providing a person-centred model of care.
Committed to working towards excellence, you will demonstrate professional leadership whilst inspiring your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care, whilst ensuring services are meeting clear business and operational objectives for outcomes, progression, and development. The role will also work with the Service Manager to build development plans for services, setting and quality-checking key objectives on a regular basis.
