Lucinda Ellery Consultancy is a prestigious organisation with an enviable reputation within the hair extension industry with its HQ in London and further studios within the UK and USA. We are currently seeking to recruit a highly efficient and hardworking Operations Manager based in Hammersmith.What we are looking for:

- Excellent PC skills ( MS Office).

- Must have demonstrated leadership and vision in managing teams, projects and initiatives.
- Replying to and resolving customer complaints
- Able to multi-task in an often busy environment
- Flexible, adaptable and with a “can do” attitude where nothing is too much trouble
- A proven track record in a similar Operations Manager role
- Results orientated with the ability to work to targets.
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Be well presented and professional.
- A collaborative work style, open to direction ad committed to get the job done.
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
· What you’ll be responsible for:·
Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts·
Manage the Reception team·
Performing HR duties such as recruiting, selecting, scheduling, counselling and disciplining employees·
Helping establish and maintain office procedures·
Assisting the Directors and senior management team when needed·
Dealing with staff recruitment on occasions·
Providing 5* Customer Service to our clients·
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of company’s mission - specifically, support management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.·
Direct, coach and mentor line managers and direct team of employees.·
Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.·
Manage all line managers and employees in the absence of the directors.·
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.·
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.·
Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.

Salary – £48,000 to £60,000 per annum for full time role based upon experience
